This past weekend was the Wedding Faire at the Santa Clara convention center. Special FX (the salon I work at) had a booth there and while I had a break my friend and I got to walk around and explore a bit. There were some beautiful set ups for receptions, photographers, cake places, florists and much more. There were a lot of cute ideas and people to consider for one of your vendors. Nordstrom- Never fails

Happy belated new year! 

I was at Nordstrom yesterday trying on my bridesmaid dress for my best friends wedding :) and came across some fun stuff while I was there. They have tons of wedding dresses, shoes, bridesmaid dresses, and accessories! Go check it out.

These Wedding dress belts are totally in style these days, they add a little glam to any dress! 

Some goodies I was scoping out. Jewelry and extra accessories. Check out that pearl clutch! So cute.

Hair Decorations!

A new easy way to spruce up any style and make it look nice is with hair decorations. Some of the things I have seen trending in weddings are flowers, faux diamond jewels, and birdcage veils. Here are some ideas and places you can get them at an affordable rate!

The black and white sell for 5.50! The purple sells for 7.50 and the jewels are 10.50. Such good deals!

I have been seeing more and more vintage  hairstyles that date all the way back to the 20's! Not only have I seen them I have been getting more requests for them as well. Here are some pics and ideas to achieve a vintage style..
